You are free to use any of my music in any personal or commercial project without asking me for permission or paying me.
Games, films, videos, streams, D&D campaigns, Geometry Dash levels, live shows, DJ sets, covers, and other projects are all fine.
Credit is strongly appreciated, preferably as Tennon, but it is not mandatory. I will not strike, sue, or pursue anyone for using my music without credit.
You also do not need to contact me first, but I would love it if you sent me an email or DM and showed me what you made. I am genuinely curious to see where my music ends up.
The main rule is simple:
You can use my music as part of something, but you cannot exploit the music as the product itself.
You cannot:
- Re-upload my original music to streaming platforms
- Sell or redistribute the original files
- Sell licenses to my music
- Register my music with Content ID
- Claim that you created or own my music
- Use my music to train generative AI without my explicit permission
Remixes, covers, arrangements, performances, and meaningful transformations are fine.
I still own the copyright to my music. Giving people permission to use it also does not mean I endorse every person, organization, project, or message that may use it.
A small number of my songs were originally commissioned for other projects. I still own these tracks, but some have extra restrictions to protect the original commissioner.
You may still use them for things like YouTube videos, streams, D&D, DJ sets, covers, remixes, and rhythm games such as Geometry Dash.
However, you may not use them in another commercial game, film, visual novel, audiobook, or similar narrative project that could compete with the original commission.
Any track with these restrictions will say so in its individual licensing information.
